The Sims 2 Stuck Roof Glitch

The sims 2 stuck roof glitch. They have a walking feet symbol over there head. When sims get stuck and wont move or do anything. 2 22 2020 here s a screenshot of my house having this issue on the current patch. This guy has his arm stuck up there weird.

I have been getting the same exact glitch and nothing helps i ve uninstalled the game done every thing every one has i quit the job and rejoin it makes them playable but then they don t have a job not only that but my sim wrote a book and is getting royalties but it s way to much idk if it s a glitch or apart of it but my sim made a million dollars from his first self published book. I have already demolished a house because of this problem and have been playing fine with the new house for over a week but now its gone weird again. The 4gb patch won t apply memory does not change in log. Basically i built a two level house at the beginning my sims were able to go up and down the stairs. This is happening on ps4 also with 1 20.
